How often are graphs refreshed ?

There is a basic trigger that causes the graphs to be remade when a request is made for a graph. The trigger compares the modification date-time of the record of the most recent value of the IV data and the creation date-time of the existing image file of the graph. The graph is remade if the latter (image) is older.

The same trigger is applied for both the station pages and "stand-alone" graphs, but they are separate processes. The following scenario could happen if the user sends a request for a "stand-alone" graph and the newer info has been graphed. If the user has the browser already set to viewing the image of the same graph, the graph would not change until a refresh of the browser was issued.
