Improvements for USGS Water Data for the Nation

• Several bugs fixed on time-series plots related to connecting lines when there are gaps in data.

• Time-series revisions metadata now may be viewed for all time series over all time at one station.

• An improved and more automated process for releasing Water Data for the Nation software will help future software improvements.

New Feature: revised-records metadata for site-level revisions

USGS staff, on rare occasions, must revise water data after they have received final approval.  These revisions sometimes are expressed at the higher level of the entire station (monitoring location) instead of being associated with any one time series.  Now, when site-level revisions exist for a station, a “Revisions” item will appear on the station inventory page and on the drop-down menu “Available data for this site.”
